UPIPTV is a 100% digital service — there is nothing physical to ship. Your subscription is delivered electronically through WhatsApp, fast and securely.

1. How Delivery Works

• You place your order by messaging us on WhatsApp at +1 628 222 1396.
• We confirm your chosen plan and complete the secure payment with you.
• Within 5–15 minutes of confirmation, we send your login credentials and a step-by-step setup guide directly on WhatsApp.
• You enter the details into your IPTV app and start streaming immediately.

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered in well under 15 minutes. During exceptionally busy periods or outside of typical activation windows, delivery may occasionally take a little longer. If you haven't received your details, simply message us — our support is available 24/7.

3. What You Receive

• Your subscription login details (username/password or activation code/M3U/Xtream details, depending on your device).
• A clear setup guide for your specific device.
• Direct access to our support team for any setup help.

4. No Physical Shipping

Because the service is fully digital, there are no shipping fees, no couriers, and no waiting on the mail. Everything is delivered online.
