Welcome to UPIPTV. By ordering or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

UPIPTV provides access to a media streaming service that aggregates live channels and on-demand content for personal viewing. Subscriptions are sold for fixed durations (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) and for a defined number of simultaneous devices.

2. Content Disclaimer

UPIPTV does not host, store, record, or distribute any audio or video content on its own servers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any channel, network, broadcaster, studio, or content provider. All trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your country or region.

3. Acceptable Use

• The service is for personal, non-commercial use unless you are an approved reseller.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute your login credentials beyond the number of devices in your plan (resellers excepted).
• You may not attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its servers.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may include promotional discounts for limited periods. Payment must be completed before your subscription is activated and delivered.

5. Delivery

Your subscription details are delivered electronically on WhatsApp, typically within 5–15 minutes of order confirmation. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if the service is not working and we cannot fix it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upstream sources, or factors beyond our control. The availability of any specific channel or title is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a compatible device, a stable internet connection of adequate speed, and accurate contact details. Issues caused by your own equipment or network are not the responsibility of UPIPTV.

9. Reseller Terms

Resellers purchase credits to activate subscriptions for their own clients and set their own retail prices. Credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Resellers are responsible for supporting their own customers and complying with all applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPIPTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
